Return Policy

We ask our customers to please choose carefully. Although we fully understand and relate to the fact that situations arise, which cause an item to be returned, please be advised that we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

A customer may exchange any purchased item within 14 days of initial purchase for another item or a credit note. If an exchange takes place for another product and that product is lesser in value to the one returned, a credit note will be issued for the remaining amount. Any difference in price above the original value of the returned item must be paid for by the customer.

Although this is a very strict policy we are very understanding and are extremely flexible in some areas. Credit notes are good for up to 12 months, but can often be redeemed well after that period if discussed with a Bakpakka staff member.

A customer can choose between a refund, exchange or a credit note where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown or don't do what they are supposed to do.

We ask customers to retain their receipt for proof of purchase.
